Frame vibration test
Each frame undergoes 30K-35K times vibration tests before assembly to ensure its stability
02 Hand baked paint
In order to achieve the best paint baking effect, our small components are all hand painted

Rust prevention and painting
Before assembling each vehicle, the paint on the frame is checked and anti rust paint is applied
04 Vehicle assembly
There are 20 employees on each assembly line responsible for the assembly of vehicle circuits and plastic parts

Vehicle testing
After each vehicle is removed from the assembly line, three inspectors will inspect it three times, including circuit inspection, plastic parts inspection, and cycling inspection
06 Packaging requirements
Each vehicle is equipped with a fixed iron frame and carton boxes according to the export packaging requirements
